The projection everyone quotes is the high-emissions scenario, and it is the one our report leads with, because it is the one that matches the emissions we are actually producing.
Critics say we have cherry-picked from the multi-model ensemble. We have not. We have chosen the member that tracks observed forcing, and we say so in the methodology note on page 41.
